Effect of MJ04 on hair regrowth in the DHT induced AGA mice model. The shaved back skin of C57BL/6J mice were daily treated with 0.5% testosterone for 1 h prior to topical application of various concentration of tofacitinib, MJ04 and baricitinib for 28 days. A MJ04 administration induced the telogen-anagen transition.
