Longitudinal monitoring of tumor growth at different time points in each group, and the data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation. The tumor volumes among different time points in each group were compared using a one-way ANOVA test (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001). If the test was significant, LSD test was performed to test further significant differences between variables. We marked the time points where significant differences existed between the combination therapy group and anti-PD-1 therapy  group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, P < 0.001)
