Staphylococcal biofilm growth dynamics and gentamicin resistance evolution over time. A Adherent bacteria count was determined to evaluate the biofilm dynamics of control (ATCC 12600, ATCC 35984) and clinical (L1101, L1116) Staphylococcal strains. B Gentamicin MBEC (minimum biofilm eradication concentration) evolution was determined over a period of 48 h for both control and clinical strains. The maximum concentration of gentamicin tested was capped at 500 µg/mL. Both 6 h and 24 h-grown biofilms of clinical strains demonstrated MBEC > 500 µg/mL
