Knockdown of ST6GALNAC4 attenuated HCC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro. We used small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) to knock down ST6GALNAC4 expression in HCC cells. ST6GALNAC4 knockdown resulted in the reduced proliferative capacity of HCCLM3 (A) and MHCC97H (B) detected by CCK-8 and colony formation assay.
