Necrosis (black arrow) was observed in the center of the tumor. IHC staining of CK7 (b), CK19 (c), S100 (d), SMA (e) and Calponin (f). The myoepithelial subtype of IMPA was positive for S100, SMA and Calponin, but was negative for CK7 and CK19. Scale bar  = 50 μm
